A customer recently reported a problem where, when using a particular ASIO device, got a "delay-like" sound with audio being repeated.
After experimenting, this was fixed by changing the "Number of Buffers" setting from "Auto" to "2" and restarting Forte. This is a setting that controls how many internal audio buffers are allocated. Normally Forte makes optimal decisions on buffering, but in this case something about the configuration caused Forte to mis-calculate. Overriding to 2 buffers fixed it.
